Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account in the Mewoo: Elys app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting:
Please provide your Mewoo user ID and the email/login method associated with your account.
What will be deleted
- Account and profile information
- Game progress
- Social relationships
- Personal data no longer required to provide the service
Retention and timing
Certain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
